Facing the ocean, Solis accompanies every moment of the day. Mornings begin with breakfast to the rhythm of the waves, while lunchtime invites guests to enjoy a sun-drenched, relaxed interlude on the terrace. Then comes sunset, the Christopher’s signature moment: the sky comes alive with colour, music sets the mood, and cocktails and sharing plates extend this magical pause. As night falls, dinner continues beneath the stars in an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.
Chef Paul Bertheau creates contemporary French cuisine inspired by Caribbean flavours and his travels. Seasonal produce, delicately seared fish, crudos, lobster and generous dishes come together in a vibrant, refined menu designed for sharing.

The sunset is an unmissable moment. Sit in front of the ocean, a drink in hand, and enjoy our tapas in an elegant and relaxed atmosphere. Two nights a week, DJ sessions sublimate the moment, to fully enjoy the magic of the end of the day in St. Barths.
