– 50% deposit required at the time of booking
– Balance due 30 days before the arrival date
Cancellation Policy
– Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: refund of the deposit, excluding 5% of the
fee
– Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival: non-refundable and non-modifiable reservation
– Taking out travel insurance to cover cancellation costs is recommended
Tourist tax of 5% per night extra.
Extra adult from 12 years old: 150 € + 5% tourist tax per night (if the room capacity allows
it).
